Partnerships & Communications Director
Paul Goguel Masson is the director for partnerships and communications of the Democracy & Culture Foundation. He leads the Foundation's outreach efforts and is responsible for nurturing its many partnerships. Paul is also responsible for our marketing function, and for the image of the Foundation, its two events and numerous initiatives and projects.
A development and public relations professional, Paul has worked in the democracy and arts sectors. He was previously the head of development and communications of Democratic Society, a nonprofit designing and researching innovative participatory processes in Europe. Prior to this, he worked at the British Embassy in Paris, in charge of public and cultural relations, and at the Rodin Museum as communications and fundraising officer.
Based in Paris, Paul has master’s degrees in business administration, international relations and history, and studied in France and South Korea.
